Your stay and Staysi

Staysi provides software that your host may use to share property information and help with routine questions and requests. Your reservation, lodging payment, cancellation policy, and the condition and operation of the property remain matters between you, your host/property operator, and the applicable booking platform. Staysi is not the lodging provider.

By using the guest application, you agree to these Guest Terms. If you do not agree, contact your host through another available channel.

Access and security

Guest access is stay-specific and may use an emailed enrollment link, stay code, secure cookie, and device identifier to keep an authorized device signed in. Do not share stay credentials with people who are not authorized members of your travel party. Guest access expires or may be revoked when the stay ends or when security requires it.

Staysi Assistant and AI

The Staysi Assistant uses automated rules and AI-assisted processing to understand questions, check information provided by your host, clarify requests, offer troubleshooting, and determine when something should be sent to your host. AI can make mistakes. Review important information and ask your host when something is unclear.

Staysi is not an emergency service. For a fire, medical emergency, gas leak, active threat, or other immediate danger, contact the appropriate emergency service first and contact your host when safe to do so.

Requests and host involvement

Staysi may answer a routine question automatically. When host judgment, approval, missing property information, or physical action is needed, Staysi may create a concise request for the host using the context you provide. The host remains responsible for property decisions and fulfillment.

SmartThings scenes

If your host enables Lights, tapping a Staysi scene sends commands through the host’s connected SmartThings account to the lights included in that scene. You do not receive access to the host’s SmartThings account or underlying device list. Physical switches and host-provided remotes continue to work normally.

Acceptable use

• Use Staysi only for the stay and purposes your host has made available to you.
• Do not attempt to bypass access controls, interfere with the service, probe other stays or properties, or use another person’s credentials without authorization.
• Do not submit unlawful, threatening, fraudulent, or abusive content.

Privacy and data rights

The Privacy Policy explains Staysi processing. For reservation and stay information controlled by your host, contact your host first. The host can route a request to Staysi where Staysi acts as processor or service provider.

Service limits and disputes

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE GUEST APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” STAYSI DOES NOT GUARANTEE CONTINUOUS AVAILABILITY, MESSAGE DELIVERY, AI ACCURACY, OR THIRD-PARTY SMART-HOME OPERATION. Nothing here limits rights that cannot legally be limited.

Questions about the property or stay should go to your host. Any dispute concerning Staysi itself is subject to the law and forum that validly apply to the parties and claim; these Guest Terms do not waive non-waivable consumer rights.
