Current providers

• Google Cloud Platform — application hosting, Cloud Run, managed PostgreSQL/Cloud SQL, storage, infrastructure, and related cloud services.
• Firebase / Google — host authentication and related identity services.
• OpenAI — AI-assisted guest, host, extraction, support, and optional image-processing workflows.
• Resend — transactional email delivery.
• Twilio — SMS delivery when that optional channel is configured.
• Stripe — subscription billing and payment processing.
• Geoapify — mapping/geocoding services where maps are used.
• Samsung SmartThings — host-authorized smart-home integration; commands and compatible-device information are exchanged at the host’s direction.
• GitHub — software source control, CI/CD, and deployment automation; production customer content is not intentionally stored in source control.

Changes

Staysi may update this register as vendors or architecture change. Where a customer is entitled to advance subprocessor-change notice under the DPA, Staysi will provide notice through the account email or another documented channel. Customers can raise reasonable data-protection objections through Host Support.
